Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 12, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how PropFirmConnector handles information when you visit the website, use an account or license, contact support, follow affiliate links, or use related services.
2. Information We Collect
The information collected depends on how you interact with the service and may include:
- Contact information you send to support or submit at checkout, including name and email.
- Account, trial, billing, and license information, including email, payment order and capture identifiers, billing-agreement status, plan, trial and billing dates, masked payment-method details, checkout-attempt identifiers, device identifiers, activation history, and entitlement records.
- Affiliate and vendor-offer information, including referral codes, campaign links, vendor discount-code identifiers and hashes, partner identifiers, and attribution metadata.
- Technical information, including IP address, browser, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps, and approximate location derived from IP address.
3. Hosted Checkout and Verification
PropFirmConnector uses third-party hosted checkout components for Monthly and Lifetime enrollment. The payment processor collects, verifies, stores, and processes payment-card information. PropFirmConnector does not receive, store, email, or log card numbers or CVV. PropFirmConnector's server receives the account, billing-agreement, masked payment-method, and transaction information needed to administer the selected plan, trial, scheduled charges, cancellation, and license access.
Completion requires a current Firebase session whose verified email exactly matches the checkout email. If it does not match, or you are not signed in, the site may require Google sign-in or send an email-verification or sign-in link before payment can continue. The browser may temporarily retain name, email, selected plan, and a checkout-attempt identifier so you can resume checkout after verification.
The payment processor returns setup, billing-agreement, order, capture, and status information needed to administer the trial, verify completed payments, schedule or stop later charges, and record the resulting license access. A support notification sent from and to support@propfirmconnector.com contains only name and verified email.
4. Accounts and License Access
If you sign in, Firebase may process account identifiers and authentication information. Account, entitlement, license, and device records may be processed through Firebase and Netlify to show license status, authorize devices, protect downloads, detect abuse, and provide support. Each qualifying trial or billing agreement contributes one license slot. Additional qualifying agreements add slots, while a cancellation, term expiration, failed payment, full refund, reversal, or another status that no longer qualifies may remove the associated slot.
5. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
PropFirmConnector may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to keep the site working, maintain sign-in state, and remember affiliate referrals.
Referral codes from links such as ?ref=partnercode may be stored in your
browser. During checkout verification, name, email, selected plan, and checkout-attempt
identifier may be stored temporarily as a browser intent. Payment credentials entered in
processor-hosted components are processed by the payment processor and are not stored by
PropFirmConnector. Checkout field values are not part of referral metadata.
6. Analytics and Session Replay
PropFirmConnector does not load general-purpose analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools. An affiliate-attribution service is used specifically for affiliate referral attribution and transaction reporting. Checkout data is not exposed to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, or Microsoft UET.
7. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the website, accounts, and license services.
- Create and administer trials, billing agreements, scheduled charges, cancellations, and payment orders, and derive license slots from qualifying billing entitlements.
- Create, update, suspend, or revoke authorized license access.
- Respond to support requests and administrative inquiries.
- Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and license misuse.
- Attribute affiliate referrals and manage partner relationships.
- Administer vendor-sponsored offers and report the status of the particular license slot created with an offer.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect rights.
8. How We Disclose Information
PropFirmConnector may disclose information to service providers that help host the site, provide authentication, payment administration, license infrastructure, fraud prevention, affiliate attribution, or customer support. These providers may include Firebase, Netlify, Google, a payment processor, Postmark, an affiliate-attribution provider, and similar vendors. The payment processor receives the name, email, plan, payment credentials, and transaction information needed to create or manage the order and acts as an independent controller for the payment data it processes under its own privacy statement. Postmark receives an email address to deliver a verification link and receives only name and email for the support-only checkout notification. When checkout follows an attributed referral, the affiliate-attribution provider receives the verified checkout email as an affiliate lead before payment, then receives affiliate-attribution and verified transaction metadata after purchase. The affiliate-attribution provider does not receive payment credentials.
When you choose to use an offer issued by an identified prop firm or vendor, PropFirmConnector discloses to that issuing vendor the name entered at checkout, the verified email on the PropFirmConnector account that redeems the offer, the selected plan, and the trial, entitlement, and coarse payment-status category for the license slot created with that offer. The issuer does not receive payment-card or payment-account details, activation keys, device information, or information about unrelated license slots. The offer is not bound to the email you may use with the issuer; the PropFirmConnector account that successfully redeems the single-use code becomes the mapped account.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, legal process, a security or fraud investigation, a business transaction, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of PropFirmConnector, users, or others.
9. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
PropFirmConnector does not sell personal information for money. Affiliate-attribution tools may be considered sharing under certain privacy laws. Browser controls, privacy extensions, and available opt-out tools may limit some tracking.
10. Data Retention and Security
PropFirmConnector keeps collected information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account and license records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and support legitimate business needs. Browser checkout-verification data is retained only temporarily. Server-side checkout-attempt, billing-agreement, payment transaction, and entitlement records may be retained as needed for retry safety, payment and license administration, compliance, and support. Card numbers and CVV are not received or retained by PropFirmConnector.
For a redeemed vendor offer, the name and verified-email snapshot made available to the issuing vendor is retained while the linked entitlement is active and for up to 12 months after it becomes inactive, then deleted or irreversibly de-identified. Non-identifying offer, payment, security, and audit records may be retained longer where reasonably needed. To enforce one free trial per verified email, PropFirmConnector retains a keyed, non-reversible email fingerprint for abuse prevention. The fingerprint is temporarily reserved while trial activation is being confirmed and becomes a permanent trial-use record only after the exact trial entitlement is projected to active license access. A definitive terminal rejection before any access is created may release only that matching reservation; uncertain or review-required outcomes remain reserved. The fingerprint is not the email address and is not disclosed to the offer issuer.
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used, but no website, network, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or information about how personal information is used and disclosed. You may also manage cookies and tracking through browser and platform controls.
Contact support@propfirmconnector.com to make a request. PropFirmConnector may need to verify your identity before completing it, and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
12. Children and International Visitors
PropFirmConnector is not directed to children under 13. The service is operated for a United States-based business context, and information may be processed in the United States or other countries where service providers operate.
13. Third-Party Websites and Policy Changes
Third-party websites linked from the site have their own privacy practices. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, with the revised date posted on this page.
