4. Payments and Subscription Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. PropFirmConnector does not store raw payment card numbers on this website. Stripe may collect and process payment details, billing addresses, tax information, authentication information, fraud prevention signals, invoices, receipts, and related payment data according to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
PropFirmConnector receives and uses limited Stripe-related data needed to manage the subscription and provision license access, including customer ID, subscription ID, price ID, quantity, payment status, and subscription status.
5. License Provisioning and Automation
Subscription data may be processed through Make.com, Firebase, Stripe, Netlify, and related infrastructure providers to create, update, suspend, or revoke license access. This may include sending stripePriceId, stripeQuantity, stripeCustomerId, stripeSubscriptionId, and stripeSubscriptionStatus to the licensing backend.
6. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
PropFirmConnector may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, scripts, and similar technologies to keep the website working, remember affiliate referrals, measure traffic, understand page performance, improve checkout flows, and support advertising attribution.
For example, referral codes from links such as ?ref=partnercode may be stored in your browser and passed into Stripe metadata if you start checkout.
7. Analytics, Advertising, and Session Tools
PropFirmConnector may use Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and similar tools. These tools may collect or receive technical and usage information, including page views, referring pages, browser and device information, session interactions, checkout intent events, and advertising attribution data.
Microsoft Clarity may provide session replay and heatmap-style information to help understand how visitors use the website. Sensitive payment fields are handled by Stripe and should not be entered directly into PropFirmConnector website pages.
