Refund Policy

Plans and Checkout

PropFirmConnector offers Monthly and Lifetime plans. Both begin with a 7-day free trial and require a valid payment method. Monthly automatically charges its $100 monthly price, less any recurring discount shown at checkout, when the trial ends and every month after that until canceled. Lifetime charges its $999 price, less any discount shown at checkout, once when the trial ends and does not renew. Each qualifying billing agreement adds one independently tracked license slot.

Checkout uses third-party hosted payment components. The payment processor collects payment credentials; PropFirmConnector does not receive, store, email, or log card numbers or CVV.

7-Day Free Trial

No purchase charge is made during the 7-day trial. The payment processor may verify the payment method or place a temporary authorization hold. Cancel before the trial ends to prevent the scheduled Monthly or Lifetime charge. Confirming a trial cancellation ends trial access immediately.

Monthly Cancellation

You may cancel Monthly renewal from your account. During the free trial, cancellation ends access immediately and prevents the first charge. After a Monthly payment, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access remains available through that date.

Completed Payments

Refund requests for a completed Monthly or Lifetime payment are reviewed based on account status, provisioning history, and the reason for the request. Approval is not guaranteed unless required by law. Refund method and timing depend on the payment processor and the applicable financial institution.

Failed Provisioning

If a qualifying purchase does not produce the expected license slot, or the slot cannot be activated after reasonable troubleshooting, contact support@propfirmconnector.com with your checkout email and payment transaction details and we will make it right — with working access or a full refund of any applicable completed payment.
