Refund Policy

Subscriptions

PropFirmConnector is sold as a recurring subscription. Cancellations stop future renewals according to the cancellation settings managed through Stripe.

Free Trials

If your subscription starts with a free trial, a payment method may be required at checkout. Billing begins after the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed based on account status, provisioning history, and the reason for the request. Approval is not guaranteed unless required by law.

Failed Provisioning

If a paid subscription cannot be provisioned after reasonable troubleshooting, contact support@propfirmconnector.com with the checkout email and subscription details.
