Any website content, guide, checklist, example, workflow, support response, or product documentation is provided for general informational and operational purposes only.
You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any trading activity, platform, broker, data provider, prop firm program, software tool, or license-managed product is appropriate for your experience, financial condition, objectives, and risk tolerance.
2. Futures, Forex, and Market Risk
Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing one's financial security or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading.
Market conditions can change rapidly. Liquidity, volatility, slippage, spreads, order routing, exchange rules, broker rules, margin requirements, data interruptions, internet outages, platform errors, and user mistakes can all affect trading results.
3. Past Performance
Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Any performance example, testimonial, case study, screenshot, chart, payout reference, setup example, or educational discussion should not be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, or projection of future results.
4. Hypothetical Performance Results
Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program.
One limitation of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading.
For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results, and all of which can adversely affect trading results.
5. Simulated, Evaluation, and Prop Firm Accounts
Proprietary trading firm evaluations, simulated funded accounts, and trading challenges may involve rules, fees, restrictions, payout conditions, trailing drawdown calculations, consistency requirements, news trading restrictions, minimum trading days, maximum position sizes, account resets, platform limitations, and other requirements established by the relevant firm.
PropFirmConnector does not control any prop firm, broker, exchange, data provider, or funding program. You are responsible for reading, understanding, and following the rules of any program you use. A software license, setup guide, connection checklist, or support response does not guarantee account approval, funding, payout eligibility, profit, or rule compliance.
6. Software and Technology Risk
Trading software, license systems, internet connections, local computers, operating systems, data feeds, APIs, automation platforms, brokers, and third-party integrations can fail, disconnect, update, lag, reject orders, display stale information, or behave differently than expected.
You are responsible for testing your platform, connection, data feed, account visibility, license access, and order-routing workflow before trading. You should not rely on any single tool, indicator, checklist, or license status display as a complete risk control.
7. No Guarantee of Compatibility or Availability
PropFirmConnector may provide resources related to trading workflows, license management, NinjaTrader, Rithmic, Stripe, Make.com, Firebase, and other third-party services. Third-party platforms and providers may change their products, APIs, connection methods, rules, credentials, pricing, or availability at any time.
PropFirmConnector does not guarantee compatibility with every platform version, account type, device, broker, prop firm, operating system, data provider, or trading workflow.
