Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms govern your access to PropFirmConnector, including the website, software, licensing services, documentation, support resources, and related services. By using the service, creating an account, purchasing a license through an authorized purchase process, or using an issued license, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

PropFirmConnector provides software licensing and setup resources for trading software workflows. The advertised options are Monthly and Lifetime plans. Features, integrations, documentation, pricing, and availability may change over time.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for accurate account and contact information and for safeguarding account credentials, license keys, devices, and administrative access.

4. License Options and Checkout

A verified email may receive one 7-day free trial when it has no prior PropFirmConnector trial, billing, purchase, or license history. A valid payment method is required to start the trial and may be verified or temporarily authorized by the payment processor. A returning customer, including a customer whose prior trial or access ended, is charged when an additional license is purchased and does not receive another trial. Unless canceled before an eligible trial ends, Monthly automatically charges its $100 monthly price, less any recurring discount shown at checkout, at the end of the trial and every month after that until canceled. Lifetime charges its $999 price, less any discount shown at checkout, once at the end of the trial. An immediate additional-license purchase is charged at checkout. Lifetime does not renew. Each qualifying billing agreement or order adds one independently tracked license slot.

Canceling during a free trial ends trial access immediately and prevents the scheduled first charge. Canceling Monthly after a completed payment stops renewal at the end of the current paid billing period, with access remaining through that period. A failed payment, refund, reversal, dispute, expiration, cancellation, or other non-qualifying status may reduce or remove the associated license slot.

A vendor-sponsored discount code may be limited to one use and may expire. When an eligible trial activates, that code is used even if the trial is later canceled without a payment. For an immediate purchase, the code is used after the payment is confirmed. Cancellation, failed renewal, refund, reversal, dispute, or later loss of access does not restore a used code. A recurring price shown as fixed for a vendor offer applies for the life of that specific billing agreement; it does not carry to a new agreement after cancellation.

5. Payment Failures, Reversals, and Refunds

A failed, incomplete, disputed, reversed, fraudulent, or refunded payment may result in a license-slot reduction, suspension, or revocation. A trial or billing agreement that ceases to qualify may lose the license slot associated with it. Monthly access also ends when its final trial or paid billing period ends.

Completed payments and refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy.

6. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and an active trial or payment of applicable fees, PropFirmConnector grants the license holder a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the applicable software for personal or internal business trading workflows.

A license is not a team, reseller, or shared license. You may not sell, sublicense, lend, share, lease, copy, distribute, reverse engineer, bypass, tamper with, overload, or misuse the software, licensing system, website, or documentation. Reasonable activation and device limits may be applied to prevent resale, credential sharing, or abuse.

You may not circumvent or interfere with any activation, encryption, integrity check, or other technological protection. PropFirmConnector may monitor license and activation activity and may limit, suspend, reset, or revoke access for sharing, reselling, circumvention, tampering, or abusive use.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for trading decisions, platform configuration, network connections, third-party accounts, credentials, device security, and compliance with applicable rules.

8. Trading Risk and No Financial Advice

PropFirmConnector does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, brokerage, exchange, prop firm, or trading advice. Trading and simulated or funded trading programs involve substantial risk and may result in loss. You are solely responsible for evaluating those risks and whether the software is appropriate for your circumstances.

9. Third-Party Services

PropFirmConnector is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by NinjaTrader Group, LLC, Rithmic, LLC, or any proprietary trading firm unless expressly stated in writing.

10. Affiliate, Vendor Offer, and Referral Tracking

Referral codes, affiliate links, cookies, local storage, and checkout metadata may be used for attribution and partner reporting. Referral tracking does not create a purchase or change license terms unless an authorized purchase process expressly says so.

If you use a discount code issued through an identified prop firm or vendor program, PropFirmConnector may report the name entered at checkout, the verified email on the redeeming PropFirmConnector account, the selected plan, and the trial, entitlement, and coarse payment-status category for the license slot created with that code to the issuing vendor. The checkout disclosure identifies the vendor before you continue. Payment-card, payment-account, device, activation-key, and unrelated-license information is not included.

11. Intellectual Property and Feedback

The website, brand, software, licensing systems, content, documentation, designs, text, graphics, and code are owned by PropFirmConnector or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. If you provide feedback, PropFirmConnector may use it without restriction or compensation unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

12. Privacy

Use of the service is governed by the Privacy Policy. PropFirmConnector does not receive, store, email, or log card numbers or CVV.

13. Service Availability and Support

PropFirmConnector may provide documentation and email support but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, response times, compatibility with every platform version, or resolution of every issue. Maintenance, updates, outages, third-party issues, or events outside PropFirmConnector's control may interrupt the service.

14. Suspension and Termination

PropFirmConnector may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, payment reversals, misuse, attempts to bypass licensing controls, and security risk.

15. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

PropFirmConnector does not guarantee trading outcomes, account funding, profitability, platform uptime, data-feed availability, broker connectivity, or compatibility with every product, platform, account type, or trading program.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropFirmConnector will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including trading losses, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of access, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the PropFirmConnector license giving rise to that claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PropFirmConnector from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, trading activity, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, misuse of licenses, or violation of applicable law or trading-program rules.

18. Changes, Governing Law, and Contact

These Terms may be updated from time to time, with the revised date posted on this page. They are intended to be interpreted and enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Questions can be sent to support@propfirmconnector.com.
