Your QT Futures Rithmic account and login
TradeSea lists QT Futures among its prop-firm integrations. QT Funded’s official futures page currently says Coming Soon, so an integration listing does not mean that futures accounts are already available to every trader.
Once QT issues an active Rithmic futures login, PropFirmConnector can connect it to NinjaTrader 8 using Rithmic Paper Trading (Chicago). The steps below apply to that futures login, not to QT’s other trading platforms.

How to connect QT Futures to NinjaTrader 8 in 5 steps

Get your QT Futures Rithmic login and activate the account
Use the Rithmic futures username and password issued by QT for an active futures account. If you have only registered interest or received a general QT account login, wait for futures onboarding and request the Rithmic trading credentials. Existing MT5, cTrader, or TradeLocker credentials do not belong in this connection. Sign in to R|Trader Pro on Rithmic Paper Trading with the Chicago gateway, accept any pending market-data agreements, and confirm your expected account appears. R|Trader Pro does not need to remain open for the direct PropFirmConnector setup.

Install PropFirmConnector
From your PropFirmConnector account, download PropFirmConnector.zip and close NinjaTrader completely. Extract the ZIP, then copy NinjaTrader.Custom-pfc.dll to My Documents\NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom. Start NinjaTrader again and, when your browser opens, click Activate this device.
Start NinjaTrader 8 and sign in with your NinjaTrader account credentials when prompted. These are your NinjaTrader credentials, not the Rithmic username and password issued by QT Futures.

Configure Rithmic for QT Futures
In NinjaTrader Control Center, open Connections, then configure. Select Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage, name the connection QT Futures, enter the firm-issued Rithmic username and password, and set System to Rithmic Paper Trading (Chicago). Leave Connect on start up and Plug-in mode off, then click OK.

Connect to QT Futures
Open Connections again and click the connection name you just created. A green status indicator and the account appearing in NinjaTrader confirm the connection.

If your QT Futures connection is not working
Should Plug-in mode be on or off?
Off. Plug-in mode shares a running R|Trader Pro session with NinjaTrader, which is a different setup from PropFirmConnector’s direct connection. In Connections > Configure, select your Rithmic connection, uncheck Plug-in mode, click OK and connect again. Some firm and Rithmic instructions turn it on for their R|Trader Pro workflow; leave it off for PropFirmConnector.
The connection is green, but the account isn’t in NinjaTrader’s Accounts tab.
Your NinjaTrader login is probably missing the general Rithmic entitlement, so the Accounts tab often shows only Sim101. In NinjaTrader, open Help > About. The Entitlements line should say Evaluation (Rithmic); if it doesn’t, the connection can turn green without showing your accounts. Older NinjaTrader accounts don’t have this entitlement by default, but newly registered accounts do. The fix is in your NinjaTrader account, not in Rithmic or your firm’s dashboard, and you only do it once. Correct: Entitlements lists Evaluation (Rithmic). Machine ID and User are hidden.
If Evaluation (Rithmic) is missing:
Import this license key at account.ninjatrader.com: click your initials, then Settings > Plans > Import license key. Paste the key, click Import, then close and restart NinjaTrader.

No Import license key button, or still missing? Trading mainly with prop firms? Your NinjaTrader login doesn’t matter, so the fastest fix is to create a new NinjaTrader account with a different email and sign in with it.
Keeping your current login, for example because it has a live account on it? Email platformsupport@ninjatrader.com with your NinjaTrader username and ask them to enable the general Rithmic entitlement.
I have a QT login but no futures account or Rithmic credentials.
Check the official futures launch page and your account onboarding. This setup requires an active Rithmic futures account; it cannot convert another QT platform account or a launch registration into one.
The Rithmic connection rejects my login.
Use the Rithmic trading credentials issued by QT Futures, preserving capitalization and avoiding extra spaces. A website or TradeSea sign-in is not necessarily the Rithmic trading login. If only platform sign-in details are available, ask the firm for the underlying Rithmic credentials before continuing.
I cannot find QT Futures in the System dropdown.
Choose Rithmic Paper Trading (Chicago). The firm name is the name you give your connection, not a required named System option.
The account or market data is missing.
Check that the active QT Futures account appears in R|Trader Pro and that all required agreements are complete. If it is missing there too, ask the firm to check account provisioning. If it appears there, verify PropFirmConnector device activation, the saved credentials, and the System setting in NinjaTrader.
Complete account provisioning before attempting the connection. A launch registration or an existing QT website account is not a Rithmic futures login.
