Your Humble Futures Funding Rithmic account and login

Humble identifies Rithmic as a data-feed partner and lists PropFirmConnector under Our Partners as its NinjaTrader integration. PropFirmConnector connects any Rithmic account to NinjaTrader 8, including simulated prop accounts and real-live prop or brokerage accounts.

Humble distinguishes simulated Performance Accounts from its separate, invitation-only Move 2 Live program. Its live guide describes a live sub-account under Humble, professional-trader classification and broker onboarding. That guide does not establish the data feed for every live account: use the feed and credentials actually issued to you.

Humble says SIM and SIM Performance Account trading stops when the live upgrade process begins. If an old account disappears during that transition, check its status with Humble before trying to reconnect it or placing an order.

Where to find your Humble Rithmic login

Find your trading credentials in the Humble trader dashboard and follow the welcome email. Use the Rithmic username and password for the account stage you are connecting, not your Humble website or NinjaTrader application login. For a live transition, use the credentials issued through live onboarding.

How to connect Humble Futures Funding to NinjaTrader 8 in 5 steps

  1. Identify the account stage and activate the Rithmic login

    Get the Rithmic credentials from your Humble dashboard or account onboarding instructions. For an evaluation or simulated Performance Account, sign in to R|Trader Pro using Rithmic Paper Trading and the Chicago gateway. For an issued real-live Rithmic account, use Rithmic 01 and its live credentials. Complete the data agreements using your actual trader classification; select Non-Professional only if eligible. Humble classifies its Move 2 Live traders as professional. Confirm the expected account appears, then close R|Trader Pro for the direct connection below.

  2. Install PropFirmConnector

    From your PropFirmConnector account, download PropFirmConnector.zip and close NinjaTrader completely. Extract the ZIP, then copy NinjaTrader.Custom-pfc.dll to My Documents\NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom. Start NinjaTrader again and, when your browser opens, click Activate this device.

  3. Open NinjaTrader 8 and sign in

    Start NinjaTrader 8 and sign in with your NinjaTrader account credentials when prompted. These are your NinjaTrader credentials, not the Rithmic username and password issued by Humble Futures Funding.

  4. Configure Rithmic for Humble Futures Funding

    In the NinjaTrader Control Center, select Connections, then configure. Select Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage from the Available list on the left, enter the Rithmic username and password issued by Humble Futures Funding, give the connection a recognizable name, leave Connect on start up and Plug-in mode off, and select the System listed for your Humble account type below.

  5. Connect and select the issued Humble account

    Open Connections and select your Humble connection. Once it turns green, check the Accounts tab for the specific issued account. Sim101 is NinjaTrader’s local simulation account, not your Humble account. Select the intended account in Chart Trader, SuperDOM and any strategy settings before using them. During Move 2 Live, wait for Humble to confirm live access; do not keep trading an old SIM account.

If your Humble Futures Funding connection is not working

Should Plug-in mode be on or off?
Off. Plug-in mode shares a running R|Trader Pro session with NinjaTrader, which is a different setup from PropFirmConnector’s direct connection. In Connections > Configure, select your Rithmic connection, uncheck Plug-in mode, click OK and connect again. Some firm and Rithmic instructions turn it on for their R|Trader Pro workflow; leave it off for PropFirmConnector.
The connection is green, but the account isn’t in NinjaTrader’s Accounts tab.
Your NinjaTrader login is probably missing the general Rithmic entitlement, so the Accounts tab often shows only Sim101. In NinjaTrader, open Help > About. The Entitlements line should say Evaluation (Rithmic); if it doesn’t, the connection can turn green without showing your accounts. Older NinjaTrader accounts don’t have this entitlement by default, but newly registered accounts do. The fix is in your NinjaTrader account, not in Rithmic or your firm’s dashboard, and you only do it once.

If Evaluation (Rithmic) is missing:

  • Import this license key at account.ninjatrader.com: click your initials, then Settings > Plans > Import license key. Paste the key, click Import, then close and restart NinjaTrader.

  • No Import license key button, or still missing? Trading mainly with prop firms? Your NinjaTrader login doesn’t matter, so the fastest fix is to create a new NinjaTrader account with a different email and sign in with it.
  • Keeping your current login, for example because it has a live account on it? Email platformsupport@ninjatrader.com with your NinjaTrader username and ask them to enable the general Rithmic entitlement.

The Humble login is rejected.
Check the Rithmic username and password without extra spaces, then match the System to the account stage. Complete the data agreements in R|Trader Pro. If the same login fails there, ask Humble or the live account provider to verify credentials and account access. A website password is not a trading password.

The connection works but prices are missing.
Check the instrument, trading session, completed agreements and market-data entitlement. Humble’s live program classifies traders as professional and notes that professional data fees may apply. Ask the account provider to confirm the correct subscription; do not select Non-Professional simply to bypass a fee.
R|Trader Pro works but the NinjaTrader connection fails.
Close R|Trader Pro for this direct setup, confirm PropFirmConnector is installed and activated, use the matching System and keep Plug-in mode off. If it still fails, send PFC support the error text, time, System and whether the account appears in R|Trader Pro. Omit passwords and sensitive account details.
